Basic Information
This world was once heavily populated, but do to far declining wealth and the incredibly hostile environment, the floating cites are rapidly being abandoned. Entire cities are ghost towns, and there is often less than 100 people remaining in them, all of which are slowly packing up and moving out. Within a decade there shall not be a single soul living on this world, but perhaps researchers and scavengers.
This world has an incredibly hostile environment. with an atmosphere easily 1.5 times as thick as earth standard, and a temperature that ranges from -40 to -60 degrees Celsius. There is no land mass, instead a endless sea of a liquid of a similar composition to propane. This place is so hostile, it is considered a perfect place to dispose of anything so completely dangerous it can never be left in human hands. All you have to do is lock it in a metal pressure bell, dump it overboard and watch it sink kilometers down, until it is crushed into nothing and frozen solid.
